We intentionally maintain lower fees, as we view legal opinions as a key business development tool. Our aim is for you to experience our service through legal opinions, and then place your trust in us for further legal services.
Moreover, on each legal opinion matter, we engage with various parties – borrowers, lenders, solicitors in the UK, trust companies, tax advisers, property developers – all of whom present potential future clients for our firm.
Additionally, we operate with lower overheads. We do not maintain expensive office premises or a trust company to manage, which contributes to our more competitive fee structure.

We regularly provide our legal opinions to major international lenders, including the UK's leading high street banks, private lenders, sellers, buyers, tenants, and local authorities. Our legal opinions are customised to suit the recipients, including those for the Land Registry and foreign lenders. We also have long-standing relationships with some of the most prominent property companies in the UK.

Greg Dave Law Firm maintains a comprehensive level of Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance cover, in line with regulatory requirements, and we would be happy to provide confirmation of this upon request.

We collaborate with a wide range of legal advisers in the UK. In all likelihood, your trusted advisers will be familiar with us. Unlike many other UK law firms, we do not practise English law in the strictest sense, which means we are not in direct competition with your other advisers, making collaboration more likely and efficient.
